{ love } Jacques & Jenny Mauritian Wedding

Jacques and Jenny came all the way from Perth, Australia to celebrate their big day on the island of Mauritius. Jenny was the most beautiful bride and Jacques a very dapper groom! The stunning Shandrani Resort & Spa was the backdrop for an intimate wedding and they were blessed with sunny skies, pure white beaches and lots of love!

{ hope } Regardt Andre Dreyer

There are different styles of new born photography and its important to know in advance what your photographer will do and what you would like to get out of the shoot.
Do you want posed “Anne Geddes” style photos where the photographer will use “composites” etc to create certain images or you do prefer a more natural approach? Both are gorgeous and interesting and will create images that you could treasure when your little princess throws her first tantrum or your "boy" brings his first motorbike home!

We take a natural “lifestyle” approach to our newborn photography where the little ones are captured as is – yes, we do use some props to make them even cuter but we don’t necessarily need them fast asleep and perfect to pose them for each shot. We like to photography the little details... a yawn, a wrinkled nose, those tiny little ears, the perfect little feet! And if mom and dad are up for it we like to include them as well!

With little Regardt Dreyer we had lots of fun as he seems to already live life at 360km an hour and was not planning on having a snooze anytime soon. He did however give us brief seconds to capture little toes,little fingers and all the things that make him so special. And a BIG THANK you to mom Corlia who helped us so much!!
